Ideal Conditions are not Ideal

goal

“Sometimes it is better to begin the journey…then to sit back and wait until such time you’re convinced all conditions are perfect and there’ll be no surprises along the route.”[i] ~ John Engler

Goal setting is one part of a two-phase strategy. Putting those goals to action can be frightening and seemingly impossible. However, this start can be the exact move that will set a future achievement in motion.

Stop waiting for ideal conditions. If you want to train for that marathon, start training. If you want to travel around the world, start saving. If you want to do a good deed every day, get out there and volunteer.

Do not let life pass you by as you wait for the perfect time.
